Shop Policies


Full payment must be received before any item is shipped.  The same policy is true for custom orders.  

Payments are accepted and processed via Direct Checkout or PayPal.  


**Shipping and Order Processing Time:

All items are shipped via USPS Standard Mail, unless otherwise indicated. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost upon request. 

All items are shipped within 7- 15 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise indicated.  Legal Holidays and weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are NOT considered business days. If you need your item to ship sooner, please email me at and I will do my best to meet your deadline.  


**Refunds and Exchanges:

Every item in the shop is handmade in perfect condition before it is sent off to you. Each order is thoughtfully and carefully packaged using quality packing material to ensure a safe delivery. 

All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges permissible.  This policy is also true for all custom orders including special event orders.  If your event is cancelled at any time, no refunds or exchanges can be made once payment has been processed and production begins.
